The instructor of this hands-on training session will provide an overview of the specifics of these new services, and teach I/CAD system administrators all they need to know to administer their 9.0 system with confidence. If your agency has not upgraded yet, this course is a perfect opportunity to become knowledgeable of the differences the I/CAD system administrator will see in this new version and beyond. |

Pre-Requisites:

Must be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the I/CAD system. Must also possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system, plus networking use and terminology, including mapping network drives, browsing network resources, and TCP/IP. |
