This session will introduce you to the range of solutions provided by CAESAR II pipe flexibility and stress analysis software. Piping designers pass their difficult systems on to piping engineers for CAESAR II analysis. What do these engineers do? What does CAESAR II do? This session will use the software and provide several examples to develop the typical considerations in an analysis – evaluating pipe stress using engineering standards, confirming equipment loads are within manufacturer’s specification, collecting loads to size supports, and selecting spring hangers. When encountered, layout flaws will be corrected and returned to the designer to ensure safe, reliable operation of a new design. You can also use CAESAR II to diagnose problems in operating systems. The instructor will use a pump vibration problem to illustrate how you can implement CAESAR II to also evaluate and resolve field problems. |

Not registered for Intergraph 2010 ?
To register for one of the hands-on paid training courses, simply register for Intergraph 2010. As part of the conference registration process, you will be presented with the option to select the training courses you wish to take.
Already registered for Intergraph 2010?
- Simply log back into the Intergraph 2010 portal. Your login and password will be required.
- Upon successful login, you will see your registration account page. Click on the "Purchase Registration Items" link that appears on the header bar of the "Purchased Items" table. This will take you to the "Conference Registration Options" screen.
- Select the training courses you would like to attend. Click the "Continue" button to make your payment and complete the purchase.
