Have a question about Intergraph 2010 registration?
Are hotel charges included in registration costs?
Hotel charges are NOT included in registration costs. A standard hotel room at the ARIA Resort at CityCenter™ in Las Vegas is available to attendees at a special rate of $139.00, plus 12% tax, and is subject to change. Additional charges from the hotel may apply.

What is the conference registration cancellation/substitution policy?
Does Intergraph offer a group discount on registration?
Yes. Intergraph offers a group registration program that provides great saving for organizations sending 10 or more people. Click here for information on the group registration program.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). Purchase orders, checks, and wire transfers are accepted only until six weeks before the conference. Your conference registration is NOT complete until we have received payment. Only credit cards are accepted during on-site registration.
Will there be language translation services at the conference?
English is the official language of the conference. Intergraph is unable to provide translation services for conference attendees.
Are meals provided at the conference?
Lunch will be served on Aug. 30 for paid training attendees. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. Breakfast and lunch will be served on Sept. 2.
What should I wear at conference events?
Business casual clothing is recommended for all conference sessions and social events. Average late August /early September temperatures in Las Vegas, Nevada, are a high of 95° F (35° C) and a low of 66° F (19° C).

Can you supply a justification letter to encourage my manager to support my attendance?

Will Internet access be available at the conference?
Yes. Internet cafés will be positioned throughout the conference area. You will be able to check your e-mail, explore the Internet, search the technical program for last-minute changes, or check your personal online agenda. Printers will NOT be available. Intergraph will also provide wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access. Connection instructions will be available on-site.

How much does a room at ARIA Resort at CityCenter™ in Las Vegas cost?
The special room rate for Intergraph 2010 attendees is $139.00, plus 12% tax, and is subject to change. Additional charges from the hotel may apply.
Do rooms in the ARIA Resort at CityCenter™ in Las Vegas have Internet access?
Yes. Internet access is $15 per 24-hour period. Internet is accessible from guestrooms and throughout the hotel.
Is there parking available at the ARIA Resort at CityCenter™ in Las Vegas?
Yes, parking for hotel guests is free of charge.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Rooms may be assigned sooner, if available. Check-out time is noon.
Is there shuttle/taxi service available to and from the McCarran Airport?
Yes. There are a variety of shuttle/limousine services available for your convenience. Taxicabs are available on the east side of the baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4. Click here for details about transportation services.
What is included in daily registration?
Daily registration includes access to ALL daily activities held on that day, including break-out sessions, complimentary training workshops, TechExpo, other exhibits, structured networking, social functions, and conference-sponsored meals. Additional sign-up for paid hands-on workshops, site tours, and structured networking is required. Hotel room is NOT included in the registration price and must be purchased separately.
Can my spouse/guest attend and what can they do?
Yes. Spouse/guest registration is available. Due to the business environment and evening events, guest registration is limited to adults 21 years of age and older. This entitles the guest access to the welcome reception, Intergraph keynotes, guest speaker keynote, TechExpo, other exhibits, evening entertainment events, and conference-sponsored meals. Access to break-out sessions, training workshops, site tours, and structured networking is NOT allowed. Only ONE guest/spouse is allowed per conference registration.
What is included in full conference registration?
Full conference registration includes access to the welcome reception, Intergraph keynotes, guest speaker keynote, break-out sessions, complimentary hands-on training workshops, site tours, TechExpo, other exhibits, structured networking, social functions, and conference-sponsored meals. Additional sign-up for paid hands-on training workshops, site tours, and structured networking is required. Hotel room is NOT included in the registration price and must be purchased separately.
Can my spouse/guest attend ONLY evening events?
Yes. You can purchase evening entertainment tickets when you register online. Due to the business environment and evening events, guest registration is limited to adults 21 years of age and older.
Can I make hotel reservations without a conference registration?
You must register for Intergraph 2010 prior to making your hotel reservation. You will be given the opportunity to make a hotel reservation upon completion of your online conference registration.
I have registered but can't recall my username and/or password to log into my account. How do I recover my username and/or password?
Click here and enter your e-mail and click on "Continue" to have your username and password e-mailed to you. Or you may contact us at intergraph2010@intergraph.com if you do not have access to the e-mail account anymore.
Can I register on-site at the conference?
Yes. On-site registration location and time will be available closer to the event start date.
I am registered for the conference. How do I go about getting my badge and conference agenda?
You can pick up your Intergraph 2010 badge and materials starting on Aug. 29 from the badge pickup/on-site registration area. Badge pickup schedule and location will be available closer to the event start date.
Where do I get help on-site?
If you have a question during the conference or need help navigating the conference area, visit the conference information desk.
As a speaker, should I report anywhere on-site before my sessions?
If you are a speaker, proceed to the Intergraph speaker room AFTER you pick up your badge from the badge pickup area. The speaker room is open during the same hours as the registration desk all week. The speaker room schedule and location will be available closer to the event start date.
