Intergraph reserves the right to rescind any registration, and will return 100 percent of the conference registration fee upon doing so.
Cancellation Deadline
Friday, August 20, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (CST)
How to Cancel
- Registration cancellation requests must be sent in writing to intergraph2010@intergraph.com.
- Registration cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by phone.
- Hotel Room
- Hotel reservations will be cancelled automatically upon registration cancellation on or before Friday, July 30, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (CST).
- No cancellations will be accepted after Friday, July 30, 4:00 p.m., until Wednesday, August 4, 2010, 9:00 a.m. (CST) due to room list handover to the hotel during this time.
- Cancellation of hotel rooms after August 4, 2010, 9:00 a.m. (CST) must be made by contacting the hotel directly and is NOT Intergraph’s responsibility.
Refunds
- If a cancellation request is received by Friday, August 20, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (CST), a refund (minus a $100 processing fee) will be issued. (Note: If you registered before May 5th and are cancelling due to the rescheduling of the conference, no processing fee will apply.)
- Cancellations received after Friday, August 20, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (CST) will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee.
- Refunds will NOT be provided for registrants who fail to attend the conference without officially cancelling their registration.
- In the event that a registrant's U.S. visa is denied, Intergraph will accept cancellation and issue a 100 percent refund, provided we are notified at intergraph2010@intergraph.com by Friday, August 20, 2010, 4:00 p.m. (CST). You MUST provide proof of visa denial.
