Special Room Rate, Process and Deadlines
A standard hotel room at the ARIA Resort at CityCenter™ in Las Vegas is available to Intergraph 2010 attendees at a special rate of $139.00, plus 12% tax, and is subject to change. Additional hotel charges may apply.
Hotel Transition Note
As you may know, Intergraph 2010 has been rescheduled to August 30 - September 2 at the ARIA Resort at CityCenter in Las Vegas due to unprecedented flooding in the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville. For your convenience, Intergraph has automatically transferred hotel room reservations at the Gaylord Opryland Resort made via the Intergraph 2010 registration portal to the ARIA Resort at CityCenter on the corresponding rescheduled check-in and check-out dates. All registrants who had hotel reservations in the Intergraph system, and were impacted by this transition, have been notified by e-mail to request approval of the change. Also in the e-mail are instructions on how to change check-in and check-out dates, if needed. If you did not receive this e-mail, but are impacted by the change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please make your hotel reservations, along with your online registration, on the Intergraph 2010 registration portal. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly. You can also cancel and/or modify hotel reservations by logging directly into your account on the registration portal.
Between July 30 at 4 p.m. (U.S. CST) and August 4 at 9 a.m. (U.S. CST)
We cannot accept hotel change requests or new reservations between July 30 at 4 p.m. (U.S. CST) and August 4 at 9 a.m. (U.S. CST), since hotel room updates will be performed during that time.
After August 4 at 9 a.m. (U.S. CST)
To make new reservations, cancellations, and/or modifications after August 4 at 9 a.m. (U.S. CST), you must contact the hotel directly.
Notes:
- Credit card information is required to hold your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged until August 2, 2010. After that date, the hotel will charge a one-night deposit for each room.
- A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival date (including reservations made within 48 hours of your arrival), you will be charged the first night's room rate plus tax.
